...guided meditations for those who wish to incorporate mindfulness in their daily lives.

Mindfulness is a state of mind, in which you pay attention, on purpose... with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to be with whatever comes up.  Mindfulness practices  help us stay in the present and learn how to relate to things differently. without reacting in habitual ways that often seem to make things worse. 

The following recordings highlight different mindfulness practices and each includes a guided meditation, silent practice time, and suggestions for bringing a bit of mindfulness into your daily life.  Sessions are led by Rebecca Strauss, LCSW and occasional guest leaders.
